Tasting note
Straw yellow with green reflections. On the nose, subtle floral notes, some apricots and white peach. On the palate, with aromas of exotic fruits, herbs and some white pepper. Balanced acidity and a refreshing finish.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with beef or pulpo carpaccio and freshwater fish with grilled vegetables.
