About the wine
This strong Chardonnay 2013 — Bianco del Ticino DOC crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. You can describe the Ticino landscape with words such as mountainous or hilly. However, the Swiss winery Castello Luigi is trying to express the beauty of its homeland with this white wine. We think he succeeded! Das fruchtige Bouquet des Bianco del Ticino DOC von Passionsfrucht, Pfirsich und Mandel zeigt komplexen Aromacharakter und viel Finesse. Die dominanten Noten von Zitrone, Limette und Apfel gestalten ihre individuelle Textur. Schlanker Körper und dominante Säure ergeben den fruchtigen Weisswein, welcher im Mund sehr viel Charakter und Klasse zeigt.

Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Bianco del Ticino DOC passt hervorragend zu Trüffel, Fisch mit Kräutern und Geflügel.
