About the wine

Tasting note
Dense and dark-fruited nose, clearly characterized by Cabernet Sauvignon. Clearly outlined, with impressive depth. The wood is well infused. Strong but delicate tannins characterize this wine when young. It is complex, compact and wins with ventilation. A straight-lined Bordeaux with good aging potential.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The red wine tastes best at a slightly chilled temperature of 16°-18°C. Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Biac goes well with pizza with mushrooms, ribeye steak and red meat.
