About the wine
Bodegas Bhilar is a boutique winery in Elvillar, Rioja Alavesa, run by David Sampedro and Melanie Hickman. Their goal is to make terroir wines with a soul, respect the land, work only with local grapes and share their unique wines with good people with positive energy.

Tasting note
In the nose, it starts with lots of blueberries, fresh sour cherries, and there is also a little smoke. Slim and elegant in the mouth, not a gram of fat and very fine tannins, the wine never makes you tired.
