About the wine
Vineyards on the west side of the Soave hill north of the castle. With this wine, Bertani wanted to remain true to its production philosophy and carry out part of the fermentation on the skins, as with red wines, in order to underline the natural aroma of Garganega.

Intense straw yellow color with golden nuances, peach, pear, apricot on the nose, soft, enveloping and persistent on the palate.
