About the wine
Blooming and sunny landscapes in California give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the US winery Beringer conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This Cabernet Sauvignon is ideal to serve with Gruyère burgers or ribeye steak.

Tasting note
Clear aromas of black cherry, fresh blackberries and spicy notes such as leather and mocha. Full-bodied and juicy on the palate with hints of blueberries and cherries. The velvety tannin is beautifully integrated and gives the wine a full mouthfeel with a concentrated taste and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with ribeye steak, Gruyère burger and red meat.
Vinification
All plots are individually fermented and aged and particular care is taken to preserve the character of the individual vineyards. This attention to detail and flexibility allows the winemaker to create a cuvée that combines the individual components in harmony. After fermentation, the individual wines are stored for 18 months in French oak barrels, 36% of which are new.
