About the wine
Since 2013, Julien Auroux has been running the family winery, which he took over from his father after eleven years of experience as a winemaker. On 11 hectares, he cultivates the vines with a great deal of know-how and biological care. His wines have so far been produced consistently without the influence of wood. It remains to be seen whether this will remain the case in the future.

Tasting note
This sumptuous base cuvée surprises with exotic aromas (pear, some mango and melon) in the scent and fruity fireworks on the palate.
