This strong Cabernet Franc 2015 — Benmarco Expresivo is a triumph down to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! Beautiful and sunny landscapes in Mendoza give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Argentinean winery Susana Balbo Wines conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
Abundance and structure are harmoniously combined here. Fruitiness and spiciness are dominant with amarena cherry, raspberry jelly, licorice and star anise and are underscored by balsamic accents. The wood finish is skilfully accentuated with notes of coconut, coffee and dark chocolate. It generously dresses the palate and appears full-bodied, powerful and at the same time of polished elegance.
