The Ben Ryé comes in a shiny amber yellow. It offers a fragrant and complex bouquet that includes notes of fresh apricot and candied orange peel with nuances of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, it surprises with great freshness and intensity, with a pleasant sweetness balanced by great minerality and lively spiciness.
Vinification
When fermenting the must, the de-stemmed and hand-picked dried grapes are gradually added. Ageing for 7 months in steel tanks.
