About the wine
As the cradle of Swiss viticulture, Valais impresses with its terroir and unique, sun-drenched climate. The vines grow in optimal locations on terraces. For Belle Vallée, renowned winemaker Jean-René Germanier works exclusively with the grape varieties that grow here. The experienced specialist, firmly rooted in the region, knows the characteristics of each variety. He gets involved with the terroir and refines the local autochthonous grapes into unmistakable, characterful wines.

Tasting note
Apricot, peach and exotic fruit as well as fine honey and mineral notes inspire in this intensely yellow, characterful and incredibly harmonious white wine. On the palate, the aroma is supported by a slight sparkling and fine initial sweetness as well as a very soft, full-bodied structure and rounded off by a long-lasting finish.

For drinks, light dishes and salmon dishes, Flaschenpöstler recommends this Belle Vallée Heida AOC. Our recommendation: Drink this white wine at a slightly chilled 9°-12°C.
