Tasting note
Fruity, elegant red wine from Sicily. On the nose, intense aromas of red berries, strawberries, raspberries and floral notes of violets and roses. Fresh, soft and harmonious on the palate with fine fruit, soft tannins and a lively, fruity finish.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with antipasto, tuna tartare, light meat dishes, pasta or even slightly chilled as summer red wine.
Vinification
Manual harvesting, temperature-controlled mash fermentation in stainless steel tanks, brief aging in steel tanks to preserve freshness and aroma, followed by bottle aging.
