Tasting note
Merìa is a pure Cabernet Franc made from deep-rooted vines in Bolgheri's fertile soils, surrounded by the salty sea breeze of the Tuscan coast. This maritime effect gives it balsamic freshness and Mediterranean finesse, while its dense structure maintains elegance and hydration. Deep ruby red with fascinating intensity. On the nose, a complex interplay of dark wild berries, balsamic notes and a fine spice. Dense and supple on the palate with velvety tannins, lively minerality and a touch of Mediterranean herbal spice.
Vinification
18 months in French oak barrels.
