Tasting note
A treat with complex bouquet and aromas. On the nose, the purple robe is accompanied by a touch of preserved wild berries and delicate spicy notes. Balanced and harmonious on the palate with velvety and enveloping tannins. An excellent second wine with a typical Bolgheri character that combines immediate drinkability with complexity.
Culinary recommendation
Ravioli with duck ragout, grilled lamb chops and roast pork.
