Tasting note
Deep ruby red with a black core and distinctive purple reflections. Complex and ripe, fruity, dark berry, elderberry, subtle roasted aroma, delicate balsamic touch, herbaceous and spicy with a peppery finish. Very long, full-bodied start, strong body, nice fruit on the palate, well-interwoven wood, with a long, very aromatic finish. Vinous wine with potential.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled meat, roast pork, plum sauce and aged cheese.
