Tasting note
Beautiful dark red with almost black reflections. Tasty, spicy bouquet with aromas of blackberries and mountain herbs, surrounded by floral notes and a touch of pepper. A powerful, compact, spicy and fruity wine, smooth and juicy, which reveals a smooth and delicate finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grilled oyster mushrooms, grilled pork skewers, fried beef, lamb and hard cheeses (Comté, Gruyère).
