About the wine
Light cherry red in the glass, the nose smells of red cherries, lavender, candied fruit and a touch of roasted wood. Fresh, juicy and mineral on the palate with a fine spiciness. Perfect for a summer barbecue evening. Jean-Claude Rateau is considered a pioneer of biodynamic viticulture in Burgundy — since the 1980s.

Tasting note
Light cherry red. Beautifully clear nose. Freshly cut hay, red cherries, candied fruit, lavender, well-integrated, slightly roasted wood. Wonderfully fresh and aromatic on the palate with nice minerality. It goes wonderfully with tarte à l'oigon, quiche lorraine or even a summer barbecue evening.
