About the wine
In 1830, Arthur Barolet founded a small family business in Beaune, the stronghold of Burgundy wines. Today, the 19th-century cellars of this wine house in Savigny-lès-Beaune continue the quality and tradition maintained by the former owners. The company owns vineyards, including part of the Clos des Guettes, a famous premier cru location in Savigny-lès-Beaune. As for the remaining appellations, the best cuvées are selected from winemakers who care about quality. The wines are aged in French oak barriques with a capacity of 228 liters in accordance with the Burgundy winemaking tradition.
