Tasting note
Rich, medium-density ruby red. Complex and subtly aromatic on the nose, ripe red berries, spices, vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, roasted notes. Strong, velvety tannins on the palate. Firm structure but very elegant Long-lasting aftertaste

Goes well with veal, beef, cheese
Vinification
Vinification in open wooden barrels and subsequent aging in barriques for 10 to 12 months.
