About the wine

Tasting note
Color: Strong ruby red. Aroma: On the nose, a wonderful bouquet of red fruits, cherries and black pepper. Character: Powerful, full-bodied and with an elegant structure on the palate. Pleasant roasted aromas and silky tannins on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef fillet, veal liver, game, lamb, poultry, ripe cheeses and much more.
Vinification
Aging in French barriques for 15 months, 35% in new oak barrels.
