About the wine

Tasting note
A lively and fresh Beaujolais village with aromas of red berries such as raspberries and strawberries as well as floral nuances. On the palate, it is soft and juicy, with a pleasant fruitiness and a fine, refreshing acidity that ensures a good balance. The finish is lively and inviting.

Vinification
The grapes are fermented in traditional open fermentation vats to preserve the fruitiness and freshness of Gamay. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks.
