About the wine
The Bayamore Sicilia Rosso DOC from Firriato Casa Vinicola is an elegant blend of Frappato, Merlot and Syrah. With its intense ruby red color, aromas of ripe red fruits and a velvety tannin structure, this red wine is harmonious and complex. Its six-month aging in French oak barrels gives it finesse and depth. Perfect as an accompaniment to spicy meat dishes or poultry, it is an excellent example of the quality of Sicilian wines.
