About the wine
Since 1822, i.e. now in its 5th generation, the champagne house Bauget-Jouette has been associated with viticulture in Champagne. Bauget-Jouette has around 14 hectares of its own vines, divided into 37 plots with a vineyard aged between 15 47 years and an annual production of approximately 130,000 bottles.

Tasting note
Bright gold rich color Very fine, persistent perlage. Delicate aromas of fruit and exotic fruits. Fresh yeast notes in the background. On the palate, balanced, rich, with a proud content.
Culinary recommendation
Champagne is particularly suitable as an aperitif, but also with fish, oysters, mushrooms or poultry. It is also an ideal accompaniment to fresh cheese or a young creamy soft cheese, exotic fruits.
