About the wine
Since 1822, i.e. now in its 5th generation, the champagne house Bauget-Jouette has been associated with wine growing in Champagne. By the way, the name of the champagne is given by the grandmother of the current owners of the champagne house, Madame Suzanne Bauget, née Jouette. In 1911, champagne was produced under this name for the first time. She managed and supervised the champagne house with her son until 1997, before passing it on to the younger generation.

Mineral, subtly sweet and finesse champagne with subtle apple notes and creamy, fine-sparkling mousse.
