About the wine
If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this strong Chenin Blanc 2019 — Baudoin. The winemaker from the French winery François Chidaine has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the fertile and sunny Loire countryside. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This chenin blanc is very good to serve with meatballs with tomato sauce or pretzel sticks.
