Tasting note
The idea behind Batuta was to create a wine that scores points with its elegance and not with its power. The grapes come from a 70-year-old north-facing vineyard and from two other 100-year-old vineyards, which were planted 700 meters above sea level. The grapes grow there in mixed sets, i.e. different grape varieties mixed together in the same vineyard. The wine shines with great freshness and excitement, which make for great drinking pleasure.

Goes well with seafood, beef.
Vinification
Aging in French barriques for 12 months.
