Tasting note
Complex aromas of red, well-ripened berries and wild berries, accompanied by balsamic and vanilla flavors. Creamy and soft, with a nice fruity first impression and medium-bodied, well-balanced tannins. Elegant aftertaste with toast and toast notes. Fantastic, intense cherry red.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with tapas, poultry terrine, grilled red mullet (rouget), scallop skewer, paella, mushroom pan, grilled lamb chop, game specialties, soft cheese, raspberry desserts.
