Tasting note
Pinot Noir from Basel impresses with its bright ruby red. It is full, elegant with a wonderful freshness. Aromas of red berries, some cherry and sour cream inspire both the nose and the palate and result in a smooth and spicy finish. A wonderful Pinot Noir from the Basel region.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with cold platters, sausages, poultry and veal.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are sorted and carefully pressed in the winery in Liestal. After a cool maceration period to extract as many flavors as possible from the grape skins, fermentation takes place in modern temperature-controlled fermentation tanks. The expansion takes place in steel tanks.
