About the wine
With the special Baselbieter Gutedel AOC from 2016, you will positively surprise your friends. To get a feel for the hilly landscape aesthetics, there is no way around this white wine, which the Swiss winery Siebe Dupf Kellerei masters with a keen sense of texture.

Tasting note
Basel supplier Gutedel shines in a bright golden yellow. On the nose, it shows subtle aromas of ripe pome fruit, citrus, elderberry and light floral accents. On the palate, the wine is sparkling and light, with fine aromas of apple, pear and citrus, slightly mineral notes, an animating acidity and a long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
An ideal accompaniment to an aperitif and excellent with our typical Swiss cheese dishes (fondue, raclette, etc.). It is also recommended with freshwater fish and with anything your heart desires.
Vinification
The grapes come from various municipalities in the Basel region and are harvested by hand. In the cellar, they are gently pressed after a short mashing period. Fermentation and aging take place in steel tanks. Biological acid degradation is avoided in order to obtain the freshest possible product.
