Tasting note
A vintage cuvet 2015/2016/2017, Zweigelt grapes fermented in used barriques and stored until November 2018. Barrique was also the namesake of the barricade, as the barrels served as roadblocks filled with soil during the French Revolution in 1830. A rosé swimming against the tide, a dark pink queen fighting angry critics.
