“Color: Brilliant gold with medium reflections. Aromas: Ripe and fruity bouquet, golden delicious, banana, pineapple with a touch of honey and caramel, mineral, subtle spice, fine floral notes. Body: Lively, slightly sparkling drink, racy acidity, creamy, pleasant “mouth feeling”, present palate aroma. Quality: Harmonious, elegant Chasselas.”
