Tasting note
Garnet red color, high tannin content and a complex aroma of plums, dark and red berries, fine almost delicate floral notes (roses), followed by tobacco and spice tones, tar and licorice. On the palate, it appears sometimes impetuous in youth, but with increasing maturity it appears harmonious, warm, spicy, with a lot of melting.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with roasts and stews or refined cheese platters, preferably a selection of different hard cheeses.
