Tasting note
Terrific Barolo from the Mosconi vineyard, which winemaker Pio Boffa bought in 2014. On the nose, the Barolo Mosconi shows aromas of roses, truffles, tobacco and wet soil. Full-bodied on the palate, with great concentration, velvety tannins and an extremely long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty meat dishes such as braised beef, lamb chops or game ragout. The wine also reveals its full elegance and depth with aged pecorino or a rich pasta with salsiccia.
