Tasting note
The bouquet shows typical aromas of spices, licorice, red fruits and notes of roasted caramel. The body is well balanced with an interesting fleshy texture of well-coordinated tannins. It shows the aging potential of a large Nebbiolo.

Goes well with fried meat, aged cheese and white truffles.
