About the wine
Sunny and fertile landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Bosio Family Estates conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this snappy Nebbiolo 2017 — Barolo DOCG. Flaschenpöstler tip: Pair this Nebbiolo with pizza or beef.

Dry with silky tannin, full-bodied.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with cheese and braised meats.
Vinification
After 15 days of skin contact, vinification in stainless steel. Then 3 years in French oak barrels, followed by a short time in the bottle.
