Tasting note
Deep dark red. Wonderful plum aromas and hints of hazelnuts and dried nuts. Full bodied with firm tannins. Lasts for minutes and is very solid Amazingly dense and structured. Newly made from organically grown grapes. A wine that can be perfectly stored for 15-25 years and only gets better over the years!

Unsere Empfehlung: Die ideale Trinktemperatur für den Rotwein liegt bei leicht gekühlten 15°-17°C.
Vinification
After the biological acid degradation has been completed, the wine is stored in Franconian barriques for 12 months (50% new and 50% old). It is then aged for a further 12 months.
