About the wine
With the first-class Barolo DOCG "Sori Paradiso", which was produced in 2011, you will certainly have a lot of fun. With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Azienda Vitivinicola Villadoria masters this red wine in the fertile and sunny countryside of Piedmont.

Tasting note
Colour: intense garnet red. Aroma: Intense bouquet of dried roses, notes of red berries, compote, leather and tobacco. Character: Rich and aromatic on the palate. With a pleasant structure and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game dishes, barbecues, osso buco, lamb with rosemary, mushroom dishes and recent cheeses.
Vinification
Aging for 18 months in Slovenian oak barrels. Then a further 18 months of bottle aging.
