About the wine
Fruity notes of dark cherry as well as balsamic and spicy notes. In the mouth, there are hints of dark fruit and cherry, supported by a lively and young tannin texture, which suggests development potential.

Culinary recommendation
Goes well with meat dishes with extract-rich dark sauces, grilled meat, steak and roast beef, game feathers.
Vinification
The maceration in contact with the skins takes about 20 to 25 days; this is followed by malolactic fermentation. Aging for 24 months in large 25 hl French oak barrels.
