Tasting note
Complex with intense aromas of dried roses, licorice, spicy notes and truffles. Elegant with well-balanced tannins and a long finish.

Vinification
4 weeks of malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and after 31 months of ageing in Slovenian oak, unfiltered, bottled.
