Tasting note
Complex aromas of cherries, rose petals, tobacco and truffles, accompanied by a fine spice. Powerful on the palate, with firm, well-integrated tannins and a long, elegant finish.

Vinification
Traditional fermentation in small tanks, followed by a long aging of at least 36 months in large oak barrels and additional bottle storage.
