About the wine
Picturesque and blooming landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Corino conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. This snappy Nebbiolo 2013 — Barolo DOCG Renato Corino crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This nebbiolo is excellent with burrata or truffle risotto.
Tasting note
Brilliant, bright ruby red. The youthful bouquet is wonderfully pure, with typical varietal notes of violets and red berries. Present on the palate, but without strictness. Subtle roasted aromas carry the clear, gradilined fruit. On delicate tannin, the harmonious finale is also convincing.

Vinification
The temperature-controlled fermentation takes 7 days and takes place in steel tanks. Before bottling, the wine is aged in oak barrels of various sizes for 12 months.
