Tasting note
Fresh fruit aromas of cherries, some rose and dried rose hip. Focused, elegant, with wonderfully integrated tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, grill and lamb.
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, then stored in Slavonian oak barrels. Last eight months in the bottle.
