About the wine
The Rivetto family winery was founded in 1902 by Giovanni Rivetto and is now managed by Enrico Rivetto, now in its fourth generation. The winery is located, between the municipalities of Serralunga d'Alba and Sinio, in the heart of the Barolo area. Under the motto, unique wines from a unique region, the Rivetto family has been producing free of synthetic chemicals and aggressive fertilizers for decades. The philosophy that wine gains quality in the vineyard and not in the cellar applies completely to Rivetto.

Tasting note
Intense ruby red. Very fruity aromas of raspberries and strawberries with a spicy note. Soft in the beginning, fruity and velvety in the middle, elegant aftertaste. Chestnuts cooked in the back smell.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with game, wild fowl, pasta, risotto and hard cheese.
