Tasting note
The grapes for this Barolo come from three different vineyards on the estate. Aging for 3 years in large oak barrels. In the bouquet with aromas of red cherry, plum and fine floral notes. Powerful on the palate, with present but elegant tannins, spicy and rich.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with brasato, game and lamb dishes.
