Tasting note
Bright garnet red. Hints of strawberry, cherry, red fruits, rose, violet, licorice and balsamic notes. Powerful, with fine and elegant tannins

Goes well with roasts, pot roasts, wild and aged hard cheeses.
Vinification
Certified organic grapes. Manual selection of grapes, harvest time: October. Fermentation and maceration for approx. 35 days, pumping and removal stages, the last 15 days submerged lid.
