Clerico's Baroli from its individual layers such as Ciabot Mentin or Briccotto are almost legendary. But they are also very demanding to approach, particularly in early adolescence. With Barolo DOCG, bottled for the first time in 2011, Domenico Clerico and his former assistant and current partner of Azienda Clerico, Oscar Arrivabene, have created a wine which, thanks to its elegance, precise definition and fine melting, is appealing even in youth. The classic Barolo perfectly expresses the typical aroma of the Nebbiolo grape.
