Vinification
The king of wines is presented in the bottle with a delicate garnet red colour, which is surrounded by delicate orange veins. The nose is of great elegance, with notes of red fruit marmalade, on a bed of mountain herbs, violets, to decay to tertiary, tobacco, licorice and cocoa. The sip is initially full, warm and is soon supported by tannins and a lively spiciness.
