About the wine
An elegant blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, bottled in just 2,454 bottles. On the nose, red berries, violets and cocoa. Full bodied on the palate with aromas of dark cherries, plums and fresh herbs. Polished tannins and great aging potential.
Tasting note
The nose is strikingly aromatic and reveals cut grass, blackcurrants and peppers. The palate is followed by passion fruit, gooseberry, peach and a subtle minerality. Thanks to the long contact with the yeast set, the wine is lively and full-bodied and shows a perfect balance between ripe fruit and spicy acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Alone or with fresh oysters, grilled fish steak with asparagus risotto, fish and crawfish pâté, paprika chicken stir fry, chicken or seafood salad with Asian dressing and salmon sushi.
