Tasting note
Château Barde-Haut 2022 has a deep ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of black fruits develop, accompanied by subtle toasted notes. On the palate, it is balanced with soft tannins and a long, elegant finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with beef, lamb, poultry and game dishes. It is also an ideal accompaniment to aged cheese.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully picked by hand and vinified using traditional methods. The wine is then aged in oak barrels, which gives it additional complexity and structure.
