Ruby red. Open and intense, with notes of red fruits and floral and spicy aromas. Great structure, enveloping, balanced, velvety and fruity with great freshness.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meats, roasts, hard cheeses, grilled meats, salami.
Vinification
30 days of maceration on the skins. Aging for 12 months in stainless steel tanks.
