About the wine
The Pescaja family works according to the three letters in their name, SCA (Sole, Cuore, Anima). Care for nature and simplicity is our foundation. Tasting note
Here too, beautiful, sweet, fresh youth, still without any idea of the impositions of life, the scent so sweet, the joy untroubled, the carefree, almost naive peace. Right at the moment, no arduous efforts - but then also without the depth, experience, and mature style, simply carefree. Fresh, very juicy red fruit, a touch of ethereal, vegetable freshness. Juicy on the palate, soft red fruit, soft, supple when young, with a fresh bite, tart, herbs, completely carefree. Very uncomplicated drinking pleasure with lots of young, untroubled, light joie de vivre!

Vinification
Selective reading by hand. Temperature-controlled fermentation and maturation primarily in steel tanks, with a small percentage in wooden barrels. No fining.
